Inspect on delivery

Please check the product, package, and selected Product Type when you receive your order. If something is wrong, contact us before opening or using the product.

Eligible exchange cases

Wrong item delivered.
Damaged item or damaged package on arrival.
Clear manufacturing or packaging defect.
Sealed, unused item reviewed within the allowed policy period.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene and product safety, opened, sprayed, used, or damaged perfume items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the issue is a confirmed defect or wrong item delivered.

Original / Replica clarity

Original and Replica / Inspired are separate product labels. Masterbox and Tester describe product type or packaging only and do not replace the authenticity label.

How to request support

Contact us with your order number, product photos, package photos, and a clear description of the issue. Requests are reviewed after inspection and according to applicable consumer protection rules.
