How do A2Z offers work?

Tester: Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Masterbox: Buy 2 Get 1 Free. Choose the correct Product Type and add the required quantity to cart. If the offer is active, the discount appears automatically in cart or checkout.

What is the difference between Masterbox and Tester?

Masterbox and Tester are package/product type options. They are not the same as Original or Replica classification.

How do I know if a product is Original or Replica?

Original and Replica / Inspired must be marked separately on product data. If a product is not marked yet, contact us before ordering for confirmation.

Shipping

Delivery is available across Egypt. Delivery time and fees can vary by city and courier availability.

Exchange and return requests

Please inspect the item when you receive it. For hygiene and product safety, opened or used perfume items cannot be returned unless the item is wrong, damaged, or clearly defective.
